1. Acceptance
By registering for or participating in the Vikingball League, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
Players must meet the league's eligibility requirements and complete the league waiver before participating.
3. Registration & Payment
Special Season 1 Founding Rate: Player or Goalie is $120 and Player + Goalie is $160 (includes an additional goalie jersey). Payment is processed through our secure Stripe checkout and confirms your roster spot subject to availability.
4. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing prior to the season start date. Once the season begins, registration fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Code of Conduct
All players, coaches, and spectators are expected to follow the Vikingball League rules and treat staff, officials, and other participants with respect. Violations may result in penalties, suspension, or removal from the league without refund.
6. Assumption of Risk
Vikingball is a contact sport. You voluntarily assume all risk of injury and release the league, its organizers, and venues from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, as detailed in the league waiver.
7. Media Release
By participating, you grant the league permission to use photos and video from games and events for promotional purposes.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
